Mr. Lea completed his undergraduate degree in Economics at UNC-Chapel Hill, Crandall began his career in banking where he met his wife. He gained interest in accounting from his father and received a Masters in Accounting from East Carolina University, and began a five year career in public accounting. After performing audits for Specialty Finance Companies, Construction and Non-Profits, he was asked to work for one of his construction clients as Controller. For the past five years, Crandall has been Controller for a security company specializing in servicing and installing commercial security systems across the world. He assisted the start-up of three branches up and down the east coast and helped manage the implementation of an ERP to enable centralized accounting, while managing a financial team.  Mr. Rusty Mizelle, RLA’s previous CFO, remains available to RLA and Mr. Lea for assistance.
